Happy new year! Today is the start of a new year. and there are tons of new things to talk about. For instance: soon we’ll have a new president.

But the best thing about it for me is…..

It’s my birthday! Today I’m one year older, and I’m going to have my first birthday party ever (on Sunday)!

We’re going to make pretend dragon eggs (with my sister’s help). And have pizza, cake, and ice-cream to eat. I’ll have three guests (so four people, counting me) if all goes well.

And so to sum it all up, today is my new age!
